The effects of early-life TDCIPP exposure on the dopaminergic neurons in adult female brain. (A) Immunohistochemical staining of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) in dopaminergic neurons; (B) Representative Western Blot analysis of protein expression of TH in adult female brain; (C) Quantification of the relative expression of TH. The data are expressed as mean ± SD of three replicates (3 brains polled as one sample). Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) expression was used as internal reference. **p< 0.01 indicate a significant difference between exposure groups and the control group. Arrows indicate TH positive neurons. |
