DAG inhibited angiogenesis in zebrafish model. The SIVs changes of zebrafish (100× , bar = 100 μm) treated with or without DAG were investigated by BCIP/NBT staining at 72 hpf (A); The expression of VEGF, VEGFR2, FGF2 and FGFR1 related to blood vessel formation were analyzed through RT-PCR assay (B). *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 versus control.
