Phosphorylation of Akt and Erk(1/2). CHO cells were transfected with pcDNA3.1-GHR1 (Panel A), GHR2 (Panel B), PRLR1 (Panel C) and PRLR2 (Panel D) respectively for 24 h. Then 300 ng/ml of recombinant zebrafish GH, SLα, SLβ, PRL1 and PRL2 were separately added to the medium for another hour. Western blot analysis was performed to detect both the total and phosphorylated proteins. p-Akt: phosphorylated Akt; t-Akt: total Akt; p-Erk(1/2): phosphorylated Erk(1/2); t-Erk(1/2): total Erk(1/2). |
