Induced expression of transcription factors after the forced expression of hoxb1b and hoxb1a in zebrafish embryos. Synthetic hoxb1b (150 pg) (A) or hoxb1a (50 pg) (B) RNA was microinjected into 1-cell stage embryos. At 50% epiboly, the embryos were analysed for the presence of bhlhb5, dmbx1a, sp8l and sp9 transcripts by in-situ hybridization. Non-injected hybridized control embryos are shown on the right sides. |
