Statement of Research Interest
The Jutfelt lab investigates how fish are adapted to their environment and how they respond physiologically and behaviourally to changes in their environment. We are currently testing how fish may adapt to warming waters using artificial selection experiments, and by which physiological, biochemical, and genetic mechanisms such evolutionary change occurs.
