Statement of Research Interest

We are interested in the developmental biology and molecular mechanisms of fish bones, especially intermuscular bones. We try to use advanced molecular breeding, gene editing and traditional breeding technologies to breed freshwater economic aquaculture species with less or even without intermuscular bones.
