STATEMENT OF RESEARCH INTERESTS
Our main interest is elucidating how early neural activity and neurotransmission coordinate cellular processes to define the specific architecture of a neural network. We aim to understand how functionally distinct circuits first emerge during development, interact with each other to evolve into the formation of a functionally mature neural network.
