- alpha-maltotriose trisaccharide residue
- Definition
- A trisaccharide residue obtained from alpha-maltotriose by removal of the anomeric hydroxy group from the residue at the reducing end and the hydrogen attached to the 4-hydroxy group of the residue at the non-reducing end.
