Definition

An aromatic ether that is 2-chloro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenol in which the hydroxy group is replaced by a 3-[(carboxymethoxy)carbonyl]-4-nitrophenoxy group. It is a post-emergence herbicide used for the control of broad leaf weeds and grasses.
