Definition

An oligomycin with formula C₄₅H₇₄O₁₀ that is oligomycin A in which the hydroxy group that is α- to a macrolide keto group has been replaced by a hydrogen. It is an inhibitor of the mitochondrial F₁F₀ ATP synthase.
