Definition
A furan that is substituted by {4-[(5-methyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)carbamoyl]-1,3-thiazolidin-3-yl}carbonyl and methyl groups at positions 2 and 5, respectively. It is a glue degrader that induces the ubiquitination and degradation of cyclin K by prompting an interaction between CDK12:cyclin K with a CRL4B ligase complex.
