Definition
A synthetic alpha-D-glucoside that is a branched decasaccharide derivative consisting of alpha-L-rhamnosyl, N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminyl and alpha-D-glucosyl residues linked sequentially (1->3) and (1->4), to the alpha-D-glucosyl residue at the reducing end are also linked alpha-L-rhamnosyl and beta-D-glucosyl residues via (1->3) and (1->6) linkages respectively. An aminoethyl linker from the reducing-end Glc residue allows for efficient conjugation to a carrier protein.
