Definition
A synthetic alpha-L-rhamnoside consisting of a linear trisaccharide of beta-D-glucosyl, beta-D-glucosyl and 2-O-acetyl-alpha-L-rhamnosyl residues linked sequentially (1->6) and (1->3), to the beta-D-glucosyl residue are also linked alpha-L-rhamnosyl and N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminyl residues via (1->3) and (1->6) linkages respectively. An aminoethyl linker from the reducing-end RhaNAc residue allows for efficient conjugation to a carrier protein.
