Definition
A D-tryptophan derivative obtained by formal condensation of the carboxy group of D-tryptophan with the amino group of (quinoxalin-6-yl)methylidenehydrazide. It directly targets the Rho GEF binding domain, thereby preventing Rho from interacting with its GEFs
