Backbone is from Tol2 kit (Kwan et al. 2007) and contains cardiac myosin light chain promoter driving EGFP. Zebrafish atg4b cDNA was cloned in house, C74A mutation was generated by site-directed mutagenesis and FLAG tag was added by PCR. Construct was generated via Gateway recombination using components of the Tol2 kit
