This constructs contains the bi-directional ca8-E1b enhancer. In both directions this bi-directional cerebellar Purkinje cell-specific expression construct drives the expression of the Archaerhodopsin3-tagRFP-T fusion protein. Co-expression of both identical transgenes is aimed at silencing cerebellar Purkinje neurons more efficiently.
