This construct expresses Fibronectin intrabodies targeted against GPHN linked to a fluorophore for visualization. ZFI is the zinc finger IL2RGTC , zcUAS is the binding site for zinc finger IL2RGTC cloned upstream of UAS. Excess FingR fusion proteins will bind to the zinc finger domain upstream of UAS and the KRAB domain will inhibit further transcription
