Abstract
In the June, 2013 issue of Zebrafish, (vol 10, no.3; 447–450) “A simple and Efficient Protocol for the Treatment of Zebrafish Colonies Infected with Parasitic Nematodes” it has come to our attention that the authors mistakenly gave wrong volumes of fenbendazole that were fed to infected fish. As a result, the final concentration would have been 0.025 mg/l, which is too low by a factor of 5x. The correct final concentration, calculated for the total volume of water in circulation within the system or aquarium should be 0.125 mg/l. The authors regret this mistake and any problems this may have caused in treating zebrafish colonies infected with parasitic nematodes.
