Corrections: Zebrafish F-box Protein fbxo3 Negatively Regulates Antiviral Response through Promoting K27-Linked Polyubiquitination of the Transcription Factors irf3 and irf7

Several of the occurrences of irf7 and irf3 in the legend for Fig. 9 were incorrect as originally published. The labels in the figure were correct.

HEK 293T cells were transfected with HA-irf3 (6 μg) or HA-irf7 (6 μg), Myc-fbxo3 (4 μg), or empty vector (4 μg), together with His-ubiquitin or its mutants (4 μg). At 18 h posttransfection, the cells were treated with MG132 for 6 h. At 24 h posttransfection, the cells were lysed using guanidinium chloride, and purified with Ni2+-NTA agarose. IB, immunoblot; KO, K-only; KR, K is mutated to R.
In addition, the phrase “not promoted” in the legends for panels (B) and (E) was changed to “did not promote” for clarity and in the legend for panel (E), “K33 -inked” was changed to “K-33-linked.” Also, “Ni2-agarose” has been corrected to be “Ni2+-agarose” in the Materials and Methods section in the fourth line of the first paragraph under the heading “Ubiquitination assay” and in the legend for panel (F).
The corrected legend for Fig. 9 is shown below. The legend for Fig. 9 and the text have been corrected in the online version of the article, which now differs from the print version as originally published.
