Abstract
In January 2019, ZFIN added the ability to curate the genomic coordinates of variation, sequence of reference, and variant sequence. Coordinates and sequence information were added for all alleles where that information was available. For directly submitted data genomic coordinates, reference sequence and sequence of allele have been entered based upon the original data submission after analysis by a ZFIN curator. Data with this citation could not be associated to a specific Journal article since the information was directly submitted to ZFIN.
