UniProt ID Load from Ensembl
Abstract
ZFIN adds UniProt IDs from Ensembl gene records to ZFIN gene records in order to supplement the loading of UniProt IDs through our UniProt load. Once Ensembl gene IDs are unequivocally associated with ZFIN gene records, UniProt IDs associated with those Ensembl gene records will be added to the ZFIN gene record if not already present from the UniProt load.
