Abstract
Clones in ZFIN were loaded from a variety of different sources for different data types such as mapping and expression. The loaded clones were associated with nucleotide sequence accession numbers, but not with amino acid sequence accession numbers. A script was written to take the nucleotide sequence accession numbers and identify and add the corresponding GenPept numbers to the ZFIN clone records.
