Abstract
GEO, the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus, provides expression profiles for a curated subset of experiments from their total collection of microarray data. ZFIN establishes links from zebrafish genes and clones to GEO profiles based on matching nucleotide accession numbers and gene symbols.
