Abstract
ZFIN's curation of data includes the assignment of Gene Ontology (GO) controlled vocabulary terms. Genes are annotated with terms from three ontologies (Molecular Function, Biological Process, and Cellular Component). GO evidence citing this reference was inferred by a ZFIN curator from other GO annotations, for which evidence is available.
