BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH INTERESTS
Dr. Marco Podobnik is a developmental and evolutionary biologist, currently working as Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the laboratory of Peter Currie at the Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute of Monash University in Clayton, Australia. He is studying signalling pathways that govern morphogenesis, growth and regeneration of tissues such as skeletal muscle in zebrafish, a major model organism in biomedical research.
