Splice-blocking MO. This is a Vivo-MO, a morpholino covalently linked to an octa-guanidine dendrimer transporter which allows delivery into tissues. This morpholino was injected intravenously into adult zebrafish, and resulted in transient inhibition of thrombocyte function at 24-48 hours after injection.
