Statement of Research Interest

The Cell Observatory is a large-scale effort to integrate 5D live-cell imaging data with an AI-assisted vision model to analyze complex petabyte level in vivo light sheet microscopy datasets. We are building transgenic and endogenous reporters spanning sub-cellular to tissue and ubiquitous-level expression to generate the training data necessary for this goal.
