(A) The bacterial flora of different sampling sites in aquaculture environments was analysed according to sampling site, fish species, facility and sampling season. The proportion of bacterial genera present in each site is displayed as a stacked bar chart. The data represent the combined analysis results of multiple samples collected from the same sampling site, fish species, facility and sampling season. Bacterial genera associated with Tet‐resistant bacteria identified in culture experiments are indicated in black colour. (B) Beta‐diversity analysis of the bacterial flora was performed using unweighted UniFrac distance.
