Fig. 4 Representative trace. Twitch force of an isolated ventricle from a normoxia adult zebrafish at before the onset of a hypoxic exposure and once 10 kPa of O2 was reached after 5 min. In this case, twitch force decreased after O2 was initially reduced and continue to fall until 10 kPa of O2 was reached.
