Fig. 2 - Supplemental 1 Validation of microexon deletion lines. RT-PCR validations of embryo siblings for the main founder of each zebrafish microexon deletion line and genotype are shown. Wildtype (+/+), heterozygous (+/-) and homozygous (-/-). Red font indicates the three lines where the deletion of the microexon leads to the inclusion of cryptic sequences, potentially producing a loss of function of the gene. These microexons were excluded from the subsequent analyses.
