Fig. 2 PS-NPs and Cu2+ co-exposure disrupted copper homeostasis in zebrafish larvae. Zebrafish larvae tissue copper contents were detected (A). PS-NPs surface chemical element characteristics were analyzed (B), the FT-IR images were showed after PS-NPs exposure alone or in combination with Cu2+ (C), and the fluorescence images of Cu+ contents were detected in zebrafish larval body (D) and were quantified (E) (*/#P < 0.05, **/##P < 0.01, ***/###P < 0.001 and ****/####P < 0.0001).
