Fig. 13 Effect of TZP on level of Bax and Bcl-2 in zebrafish in old and young age groups. A Bcl-2; B Bax. The level of Bax was significantly decreased in the TZP treated group as compared with the HFD group and Bcl-2 level was improved in TZP treated groups as compared to the HFD group. The statistical data analysis is presented by two-way ANOVA analysis by employing the Bonferroni post-test.
