Fig. 3 Effect of TZP on average body weight of zebrafish in young and old age group. The statistical data analysis was presented by two-way ANOVA analysis using the Bonferroni post-test. Values presented as mean ± SD (p < 0.05), a vs control, TZP (10 nM) per se, b vs HFD, c vs HFD + TZP (10 nM/kg) (n = 12). Results showed that TZP has a significant effect in reducing body weight change in diabetic animals induced by HFD in both age groups. There was a statistically significant interaction between the effect of time on weight gain in A young age group [F (16, 275) = 44.01, p < 0.0001] and B old age group [F (16, 275) = 4.96, p < 0.0001]
