DIV2 embryoids were exposed for 48 h (until DIV4) with different concentration of 5-fluorouracil (A), methotrexate (B), emodin (C), trichosanthin (D), or artemisinin (E). Results represented as mean + SEM values of the mRNA expression (n-fold of control) normalized to β-actin for three independent experiments. Statistical analysis performed with one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett post hoc comparison test with a significance threshold established at p < 0.05 (*).
