Recovery effect of co‐treatment with PKA specific inhibitors and HCP on cellular melanin content and expression of melanogenesis‐related proteins in B16F10 cells. Cells were treated with (or without) 10 μM PKA inhibitor (H89) for 1 h and further incubated with 50 μg/mL HCP for 24 h. (a) The cellular melanin content was evaluated. Data are displayed as mean ± SD (n = 3). (b) The expression of melanogenesis‐related proteins was analysed by western blotting.
