Effect of HCP on the expression levels of melanogenesis‐related proteins in B16F10 cells. B16F10 cells were subjected to treatment with 12.5, 25, 50 μg/mL HCP for a duration of 24 h. The levels of the TYR, TRP‐1, MITF, PKA, ERK, and p‐ERK proteins were analysed by western blotting. Equal protein loading was confirmed through a comparison with β‐Actin expression.
