Fig. 4 - Supplemetal 7 DH5 maintained robust kinase inhibitory activity. (A, B) SRC kinase activity was measured in vitro to assess inhibitory activities of dasatinib (A) and DH5 (B). A purified, catalytically active SRC(251-536), at a concentration of 0.8 μM, was incubated with a serial dilution of either dasatinib or DH5. The IC50 for each compound was determined from their dose-response curves. n = 3. Data are shown as mean ± s.e.m.
