OKR is significantly reduced in vsx1∆245 and vsxKO double mutant larvae in comparison to WT siblings (***p<0.001) using a one-way ANOVA. Note that no differences in OKR were observed between WT and vsx2∆73 single mutant or between vsx1∆245 and vsxKO mutants (p>0.05).
