TRAM-1 leaks into the cilia in all three wdr-31 triple mutants. Cilia, the periciliary membrane compartment (PCMC), and transition zone (TZ) are depicted in the fluorescent image. MKSR-2 was used to mark the transition zone. The PLCδ1-PH::GFP stays outside of the cilia in the wdr-31;elmd-1;rpi-2 triple mutants.
