Fig. 3 Fig. 3. Trichodermin induces G2/M cell cycle arrest in human OSCC cells. (A) OSCC cells (Ca922 and HSC-3 cells) were incubated with or without TCD. Flow cytometry showed that TCD induced G2/M cell cycle arrest and, (B) TCD reduced G2/M-related proteins assessed by Western blots.
