Phylogenetic tree of or114-1 alleles of the three loach species. or114-1 of zebrafish was used as an outgroup. ML tree is shown and the general topologies of Bayesian tree is as the same as that of ML tree. Two types of statistical support values for nodes are provided: the former number is the percentage of support calculated with 500 bootstrap replicates in the ML tree reconstruction and the second number is the posterior probabilities in the Bayesian reconstruction. Abbreviations of species names are as in Figure 1. Individual numbers are as in Table 1.
