Membrane staining with wheat germ agglutinin showed colocalization with the BirA2-GFP-CAAX signal. Scale bar: 10 µm. (C–G) Immunofluorescence images of sections of ventricles with native BirA2-GFP-CAAX signal stained for DAPI.
