Variable phenotype was seen with epha2b morphants, some with milder (i) or more severe eye (ii) features including lens opacification and coloboma. (e) Eye diameter measurement at 3 dpf showed a significant decrease in epha2a, epha2b and epha2a/epha2b morphants compared to uninjected wild-type controls.
