A,B: Lateral view at 24hpf, shows strong expression in the mid-hindbrain regions, as well in the dorsal spinal cord.

C-E: Lateral view at 48hpf, shows expression in mid-hindbrain and in dorsal spinal cord.

F: At 5 dpf, high magnification view of a lateral somite shows a single pax7^+ve cell and a myofibre with lyn-dt-tomato perdurance in the myotome.

G: At 5 dpf, a lateral view of spinal cord cells shows the outline of the cells through the lyn tag.

H: A dorsal view at 5 dpf shows strong expression in the mid-hindbrain.
