a-h) Expression of runx1 within the DA (red arrowheads), olfactory placode (blue arrowheads) Rohon-Beard sensory neurons (yellow arrowheads) and otic vesicle (black arrowheads) in embryos heatshocked at 21hpf. Whereas runx1 is expressed in the dorsal aorta, olfactory placode, otic vesicle and Rohon-Beard sensory neurons at 23hpf and 24hpf in control GFP- embryos (black letters), it is specifically lost from the dorsal aorta in GFP+ embryos (green embryos), whilst retaining its neural expression.
