Fig. S1 Low concentration VPA (20 μM or bellow) did not generate obvious developmental defects in zebrafish embryos in the first 3 days of development. However, from 3 dpf onward, embryonic defects were observed including pericardial edema. Scale bars are: panel A: 100 μm and panel C: 200 μm. Black arrowhead indicates pectoral fin and white arrow indicates liver.
