Reduced trypsin expression is also evident in dtp (E), but exocrine size is normal. The 72 hpf dtp larvae identified on the basis of altered trypsin expression in 25% of progeny of heterozgyous dtp fish. slj: slimjim; pie: piebald; flo: flotte lotte; dtp: ducttrip.
