Fig. 5 The scl-α and -β Transcripts in 30-hpf and 2-dpf Embryos and RBCs. Virtual Northern blotting shows that 30-hpf RBCs express both scl-α and -β (lane 2) whereas 2-dpf RBCs express predominantly scl-α (lane 4).
