Original Submitter Comments: day 1: anterior trunk is thinner with indistinct notochord and somite boundaries, sometimes yolk is pinched where extension meets yolk, trunk is a bit broad just posterior to that; day 2: head a bit short A-P, tall D-V; anterior trunk thin, posterior of trunk a little bulbous; day 5: head looks swollen, a little pericardial edema, anterior trunk still thin and/or kinked with disruptions in notochord and somites, underdeveloped liver/ gut
