Definition
Catalysis of the transfer of an alpha-D-mannosyl residue from dolichol-P-mannose to GlcN-acyl-PI, forming an alpha-(1->4)-D-mannosyl-GlcN linkage. This transfers the first mannose to the GPI precursor. (2)
